I've worked for architect and construction firms for more than 25 years managing projects from conception to completion of the project. I am knowledgeable in taking projects from the schematic design phase through the design development phase and coordinating all disciplines in the construction document phase.
I gained experience in securing building permits through the Division of the State Architect (DSA) while working on school projects in California.
Over the past 25 years of working with architects and general contractors, I gained strong supervisory skills by mentoring other staff members, promoting teamwork, and providing growth within the organization. I have a working knowledge of mid to large scale projects.
I am proficient in AutoCAD with 20+ years of experience. Regardless of how well I know how to use this particular application, I also take into consideration complex design issues and visualize the completed project. I have a working knowledge of Revit 2015 and own the software. I also have experience in MS Word and Excel.
